Acer have updated their C7 Chromebook, sprucing up its spec sheet and revealing the catchily-named C710-2605 Chromebook. Bumping the price up to Acer C710-2605 Chromebook299 (£185), Acer have doubled the RAM to 4GB, popped in a bigger hard drive with 500GB of storage space, and supplemented that with 100GB of Google Drive cloud storage, free for two years. Though the same size as before, the 11.6 inch laptop has now got a larger 5,000mAh battery squeezed in.

The 11.6 inch display comes with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution and the device is powered by a 1.1Ghz Intel Celeron 847 processor and comes with 2GB of RAM and 500 GB of built in storage. Other specifications on the Acer C710-2605 Chromebook include a 5,000 mAh battery, HDMI, VGA, Ethernet and three USB ports, the device also comes with 100GB of free Google Drive storage for two years.
