Google mobile search gets expandable quick links, page preview

Google just updated their mobile search page to help you get more information from websites without having to the page.

“Quick VieW” basically allows users to see snapshots of the website which was provided during the Google search, and a pop-up image will appear with the option to continue to the site, or close the preview and go back to the search results. It’s only available for Wikipedia (English) sites right now but Google is working to bring the feature to more websites.

Then there’s also “Quick links” which make sub-search results expandable so that links to parts of the website that users are interested in are revealed, without having to go search through the entire website. For example, finding the ‘New Movies in Theatres’ section of Rotten Tomatoes right from the search page.
I’m not entirely sure if this will make things easier, since it doesnt seem to be live yet (atleast for me). Whatchya think?
