HTC has announced HTC Desire Q in Taiwan recently and it packs a 4 inch capacitive touch screen Super LCD 2 display and runs on Android 4.0 ICS with HTC Sense. The devices is powered with 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and has 512 MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory which can be expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
