Earlier this month, we posted about a new quad core powered smartphone from Intex Technologies, which is said to be the successor of the Aqua Wonder smartphone of the manufacturer. Recently, Intex has made that smartphone official and its name is ‘Intex Aqua Wonder Quad Core’, it was last week, when the smartphone was first spotted on Flipkart. However, as per Intex the price of Intex Aqua Wonder Quad Core is Rs.9990/-. With quad-core onboard and priced under Rs.10000/-, the smartphone is one of the most affordable quad-core smartphones in the country.
The smartphone features a 4.5 inch qHD IPS capacitive touchscree with a display resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. Like we said, it has a 1.2 GHz quad core MediaTek MT6589 Processor equipped with 512 MB of RAM. The smartphone supports dual SIM (WCDMA + GSM) connectivity with dual standby support; however, you need to use WCDMA SIM to access 3G services on the smartphone GSM SIM to access 2G (EDGE/GPRS) services.
The smartphone is running on Android v4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. There is an 8 Megapixel autofocus camera at rear with dual LED flash and a 2 Megapixel camera at front as well. The feature is also seen on Aqua Wonder, the predecessor of the smartphone.
