Samsung has announced Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 which packs a 6.3 inch HD ( 1280 x 720 pixels) TFT capacitive touchscreen display and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean. The device is powered with 1.7 GHz Dual-Core processor with 1.5 GB RAM and 8/16GB internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB with micro SD.
