Popular iOS email app, Mailbox, has finally done away with their reservation system and is now accepting new signups without a waiting period.
The app launched on iOS back in February, and was very popular except for it’s reservation system which made users wait a couple days or weeks to gain access, in a move to prevent downtime from a rush of new users. The reservation queue hit 1 Million users at it’s peak, and Mailbox still experienced downtimes every so often inspite of the staggered rollout, so hopefully they’ve got a new system to handle things now that Dropbox bought them over.
Available free, right over at the App Store
