Sony Mobiles’ much awaited smartphone ‘Sony Xperia L’ is now purchasable via SnapDeal online retailer. Earlier, the device went for preorder onInfibeam. And according to Infibeam, the official release date of the smartphone is 8th of this month. Though the handset is available on SnapDeal it will be dispatched within 7 business days, which means Infibeam is correct about its release. The smartphone was originally announced in the month of March this year. The detailed features and specifications of the smartphone are given below.
The smartphone Xperia L comes with 4.3 inch TFT Anti-scratch capacitive multi-touch screen with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution and 16 million colors. It includes a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm MSM8230 processor in addition to 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 305 GPU. It sports an 8 Megapixel primary camera at rear with LED flash and a 0.3 Megapixel secondary VGA camera at front. Some camera features are Face and Smile Detection, Geo-Tagging, HDR, Image Stabilization, Sweep Panorama, Touch Focus and HD video recording.
Running on Android v4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, it comes with Java support. The smartphone comes equipped with Accelerometer, Proximity Sensor and compass.
